That experience stayed with him and became the foundation for Baker's Transit. Shaun built the company with a simple but powerful mission: to give seniors and individuals with mobility needs the dignity, patience, and dependable transportation they deserve, while giving families greater peace of mind. As Lead Driver, Operations Supervisor, and lead trainer, he plays an essential role in making sure every ride is handled with compassion, safety, and care.
